Stephanie Sullivan is a professional violinist with a wide-ranging musical background that blends classical training, live performance, studio recording, and modern event entertainment.

Originally from Morgantown, West Virginia, Stephanie earned degrees in music performance from West Virginia University and the University of Delaware. Her classical background includes performances with symphonies, chamber orchestras, piano trios, and string quartets, along with multiple competition wins as a classical violinist.

​

Over the years, Stephanie has performed throughout the United States in a variety of settings. She has played in the orchestra pit for more than forty musicals at venues including Fulton Theatre, Hershey Theatre, Maine State Music Theatre, and Broadway tours. She also served as an adjunct Professor of Violin and Viola at Elizabethtown College from 2013 to 2018 and maintained a private teaching studio for twenty years.

Stephanie’s work is not limited to classical music. She has recorded on albums for singers and songwriters across the country and has been featured as a soloist during her time with American Music Theatre. Since moving to Myrtle Beach, she has reconnected with her bluegrass roots and expanded her work in country, rock, Celtic, pop, and fiddle-style performances.

Locally and regionally, Stephanie has performed with groups including The Chris Nelson Band, Root 65 Band, Crosswinds Band, Two-Way Street, Jefferey Anderson and the Honky Tonk Revolution, Erik Hawks and Hard Luck, and the End of the Road Bluegrass Band. Some of these performances have included opening for artists such as Bucky Covington, Joe Nichols, Thomas Gabriel, Struggle Jennings, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Riley Green.

Stephanie continues to perform classically as part of the Long Bay Symphony. In 2024, she joined part of the U.S. tour with the London-based Rock Orchestra, and in 2025 she had the honor of collaborating on a video with Christian artist Ben Fuller.

Today, Stephanie brings that same versatility and experience to weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, upscale venues, and special occasions. Whether performing light jazz, pop, classical selections, country, rock, or custom song arrangements, she creates live music experiences that feel personal, polished, and memorable.
